Abigail Snow of Massillon Recognized at Baldwin Wallace University Ovation Awards

2014 Jun 5

Abigail Snow of Massillon was recognized at Baldwin Wallace University's "Ovation 2014," the University's premier capstone celebration of student achievement. The annual event spotlights the outstanding creativity, research and academic and artistic achievement of BW students with displays, live presentations, performances and more.

At the traditional Honors Award Ceremony which caps off the day, Snow received the Dr. Neille & Jeanne Shoemaker English Scholarship which honors Dr. Neille Shoemaker who served BW as Professor of English for more than 25 years. This scholarship serves as financial encouragement, just as Neille's life serves as inspiration to BW students aspiring to excellence. In presenting the award, BW recognized her outstanding performance in the classroom; "with 50 credit hours under her belt, her lowest grade is A; her highest is A+, which she has received 7 times."
