Abigail Snow recognized at Baldwin Wallace University's 2015 Ovation Awards Ceremony

2015 May 15

Abigail Snow of Massillon was recognized at the Honors Award Ceremony during Baldwin Wallace University's "Ovation 2015: Unleashed Potential," BW's premier capstone celebration of student achievement. Snow, a graduate of Jackson High School majoring in psychology and English, received the Dr. Neille & Jeanne Shoemaker English Scholarship which is given in honor of Dr. Neille Shoemaker who served BW as Professor of English for more than 25 years. In presenting the award, BW recognized Snow's work as a pleasure to read, and in creative writing workshops, her peers benefited from her generous, kind, thoughtful, and thorough critiques.

Held every spring, Ovation is a high-energy, festive event that spotlights the outstanding creativity, research, and academic and artistic accomplishments of BW students. Ovation brings together the whole BW community to celebrate the excellent work of BW's students and faculty. Representing all schools of the University, over 100 students presented their work in the form of displays, live presentations, performances and more.
