Autumn Richards of Nordonia High School to Continue Women's Basketball Career at Baldwin Wallace University

Autumn Richards (Northfield/Nordonia High School) is one of six first-year student-athletes to continue women's basketball career at Baldwin Wallace University this winter.

Head Coach Cheri Harrer, who enters her 27th season, returns 11 letterwinners and four starters from last year's team that posted an overall record of 17-11 and an Ohio Athletic Conference mark of 11-7. The Yellow Jackets also advanced to the OAC Tournament championship game for the second straight season.

Richards will look to find a spot in Coach Harrer's rotation this season.

BW opens the 2016-17 campaign on Tuesday, November 15 when it hosts a non-conference game against Oberlin College in the Ursprung Gymnasium inside the Lou Higgins Center at 7:30 p.m. The first OAC game is scheduled for Saturday, December 3 when the Yellow Jackets travel to Marietta to take on Marietta College in the Ban Johnson Arena at 3 p.m.
