Cole Nieto of Baldwin Wallace Garners All-Ohio Athletic Conference Baseball Accolade

Baldwin Wallace University baseball student-athlete Cole Nieto of Brunswick has been selected to the All-Ohio Athletic Conference baseball team.

Nieto, an honorable mention selection, earns his second career All-OAC honor. He batted .284 (48-for-169) with a team-high 43 runs scored, 13 doubles (second), two triples (tied for first), a team-leading five homeruns, 30 RBIs and four steals this season Nieto is hitting .342 (125-for-366) with 90 runs scored, 31 doubles, six triples, 10 homers, 78 RBIs and 10 steals in his career.

The Yellow Jackets compiled a 23-20 overall and 13-5 OAC record this season, tied for second place during the OAC regular season and advanced to the OAC Tournament Championship.
