Erica Morgan of Baldwin Wallace University Named to the Spring Academic All-Ohio Athletic Conference Squad

Erica Morgan (Brook Park/Midpark High School) is one of three Baldwin Wallace University softball student-athletes to be named to the 2017 Spring Academic All-Ohio Athletic Conference squad.

In order to be selected as Academic All-OAC a student-athlete must have at least a 3.50 cumulative grade point average and maintain varsity status

Morgan, who earns her third Academic All-OAC honor, is a biology major that carries a 3.88 GPA. She also is a Dean's List student, Jacket Scholar and a member of the Alpha Lambda, Dayton C. Miller and Chi Alpha Sigma honor societies. Morgan played in 16 games including 10 starts with 28 strikeouts and an earned runs average (ERA) of 3.80.

The Yellow Jackets finished the 2017 campaign with an overall record of 16-21-1 and an OAC slate of 5-12-1.
