Each year, "The Mill" showcases the creative achievements of student writers and artists, across campus and across disciplines. As a student-directed and student-operated publication, "The Mill" reflects the distinct voices and expressions of BW's talented students and the hard work and dedication of its student staff. All works featured in "The Mill" were reviewed and selected by the journal's editor, assistant editor and selection committee based on the principles of clarity, originality and artistic merit. BW also hosts "The Mill Reading Series" featuring readings each year by poets and fiction writers of both local and national reputations.
