Jessica Edwards of Baldwin Wallace University Named to the Spring Academic All-Ohio Athletic Conference Squad

Jessica Edwards (North Versailles/East Allegheny High School) is one of five Baldwin Wallace University women's track and field student-athletes to be named to the 2017 Spring Academic All-Ohio Athletic Conference squad.

In order to be selected as Academic All-OAC a student-athlete must have at least a 3.50 cumulative grade point average and maintain varsity status.

Edwards, who garners her first Academic All-OAC accolade, is an exercise science and pre-physical therapy double major that carries a 3.83 GPA. She is a Dean's List student, Jacket Scholar and a member of the Alpha Lambda honor society, Chi Sigma Alpha honor society and BW Honors Program. This year, Edwards earned a career-best mark of 14' 9.25'' in the long jump at the Rose-Hulman Early Bird Invitational.
