More than fifty years ago one musical changed theater forever. Now it's back, and mesmerizing audiences once again. From the first note to the final breath, "West Side Story," directed by Victoria Bussert, soars as the greatest love story of all time, and remains as powerful, poignant and timely as ever. The Bernstein and Sondheim score is considered to be one of Broadway's finest and features such classics of the American musical theatre as "Something's Coming," "Tonight," "America," "I Feel Pretty" and "Somewhere."

With choreography by Greg Daniels and music direction by David Pepin and Brendan Caldwell, "West Side Story" is a co-production with the BW Conservatory of Music's Music Theatre Program and Department of Theatre and Dance. The show runs November 9-12 and 16-19 at 7:30 p.m. and November 13 and 20 at 2 p.m. at the John Patrick Theater in the Kleist Center for Art and Drama, 95 East Bagley Road in Berea.
