Kevin Kaufhold wins post in student government elections at Baldwin Wallace University

Students at Baldwin Wallace University elected Kevin Kaufhold of Olmsted Township student body president. Kaufhold, a graduate of Olmsted Falls High School majoring in political science, is also a brother and executive board member of Pi Lambda Phi fraternity and previously served as president of the BW Student Senate and chair of the Senate Rules Committee.

"I am very excited and eager to begin working on the initiatives we talked about during the campaign," Kaufhold said. "We will work hard to represent and be the voice of the student body."

The BW junior, who officially took the oath of office along with Vice President Olivia Murphy during an inauguration ceremony on Tuesday, February 21, will provide leadership for a variety of student-led initiatives on the Berea campus. The term of office runs until spring elections in 2018.
