Matt McDowell of Baldwin Wallace University Earns All-Ohio Athletic Conference Honor

Matt McDowell (East Amherst/Williamsville North High School) is one of eight Baldwin Wallace University men's lacrosse student-athletes to earn All-Ohio Athletic Conference honors.

McDowell earns his first All-OAC honor after being named to the first-team. In his first season in the brown and gold, he finished third on the team with 32 points as he netted 20 goals and added a team-high tying 12 assists. The mid-year transfer led the Yellow Jackets to a victory at Ohio Northern with a career-high four goals.

BW finished the year with an overall record of 12-3, finished second in the conference with an OAC record of 7-1 and advanced to the OAC Tournament semifinals for the fourth straight year.
