Rebecca Penrose crowned Homecoming Jacket Princess at Baldwin Wallace University

Rebecca Penrose of Springfield was crowned Homecoming Jacket Princess during Homecoming Weekend at Baldwin Wallace University. The weekend kicked off with a pep rally including performances by the BW Cheerleaders, BW Dance Team, Urban Dance Association and the Marching Yellow Jackets. Festivities also included a parade, tailgate picnic, carnival, alumni reunions and a Yellow Jacket football 38-21 victory over the Wilmington College Quakers.

Highlights of the weekend were the crowning of the Homecoming Jacket Prince and Jacket Princess during the pep rally and the Homecoming King and Queen at halftime. Penrose, a graduate of Shawnee High School, was crowned at the pep rally along with Jacket Prince Michael Winkelfoos of Mount Gilead, Ohio. She was nominated by the sisters of Delta Zeta sorority.
