A distinguished group of students at Baldwin Wallace University has reached BW's pinnacle of academic honor society achievement with Fall 2014 induction into the Dayton C. Miller Honor Society. Less than four percent of the undergraduate student body achieves membership in the society.

Sixteen Baldwin Wallace University students were inducted into the Beta Upsilon Chapter of the Alpha Sigma Lambda (ASL) Honor Society. ASL is a premier national honor society recognizing academically outstanding adult students in higher education. Members are selected from the highest 20 percent of eligible adult students who have a minimum 3.2 GPA, 24 graded hours at Baldwin Wallace and are matriculated in their first undergraduate degree program.

Baldwin Wallace University inducted 42 students into the Theta Upsilon Chapter of Gamma Sigma Alpha, a premier honor society committed to the academic success of its members and alignment with the academic missions of its host institutions.

Baldwin Wallace University inducted 15 Students into the Eta Alpha Chapter of the Order of Omega, a leadership honor society for fraternity and sorority organizations.

Exceptional students of the communications programs at Baldwin Wallace University have achieved membership into the nationally recognized academic honor society of Lambda Pi Eta (LPH). LPH "recognizes, fosters, and rewards outstanding scholastic achievement while stimulating interest in the communication discipline."

The Baldwin Wallace University Honors Program has officially inducted 18 rising sophomores at a pinning ceremony. The Honors Program strives for a learning environment inside and outside the classroom that engages the whole student, seeks to connect theoretical ideas to real world applications, fosters independent thinking, and brings students together into a community of scholars. These aims are achieved through student-directed research, service to the community, and leadership development.
