For the third time in her career, Baldwin Wallace University senior three-time All-Ohio Athletic Conference and Academic All-OAC forward Rachel Bender (Massillon/Jackson) has been named the OAC Women's Soccer Offensive Player of the Week.

The Yellow Jacket community was abuzz with excitement during Baldwin Wallace University's combined Homecoming and Community Day, newly dubbed as the Bold & Gold Festival. The epic gathering of the BW community included a pep rally, parade, tailgate picnic, alumni reunions and Yellow Jacket football. The Jacket Prince and Princess were crowned during the pep rally and the King and Queen were crowned at halftime.

A group of BW students, alumni and faculty/staff advisers spent two weeks serving in the Dominican Republic. The experience was in partnership with Outreach 360, an organization that focuses on educating children so they can become gainfully employed as adults and "live a life of choice."

Baldwin Wallace University congratulates our spring 2018 graduates. The following students completed all requirements for an undergraduate and/or graduate degree.

The following students have been named to the Dean's List for the spring 2018 semester at Baldwin Wallace University according to Provost Stephen D. Stahl. Any full-time student who achieves a GPA of at least 3.6 for 12 or more graded hours or part-time student who achieves a GPA of at least 3.6 for six or more graded hours in the fall or spring semester will be placed on the Dean's List.

Twenty-seven students spent the spring 2018 semester away from BW learning off campus. With help from the BW Study Abroad Center's Independent Study program, students created individualized immersion experiences in Denmark, England, France, Ireland, Japan, Morocco, Russia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.

Three students achieved membership in Delta Phi Alpha, the National German Honor Society, in the spring 2018 semester.

Ovation Festival, BW's annual celebration of student achievement, showcased student success in research, scholarship, experiential learning, the arts and more. The signature event of the 18-day festival was the Day of Excellence, which featured student work from every school of the University through posters, displays, live presentations and performances.

The Baldwin Wallace University football team and second-year Head Coach Jim Hilvert have announced that five student-athletes will serve as team captains for the 2018 season.
