Three Baldwin Wallace University women's volleyball players have been named to the 2019 Ohio Athletic Conference All-Conference team.

More than 660 students earned named scholarships at Baldwin Wallace University this fall. BW has a long history of scholarship support from alumni, faculty, trustees and friends. Over 400 named scholarships provide more than $3 million to help students attend, persist and graduate from BW. In addition, they carry on the donors' legacies through the lives of the students who receive their support. The scholarships vary in their requirements, with many specifying financial need, a course of study, involvement on campus or a commitment to excellence in a particular field.

For the first time in his career, junior two-time All-Ohio Athletic Conference and Academic All-OAC 157-pounder Stanley Bleich (North Ridgeville/Elyria Catholic) has been named Wrestler of the Week.

The Yellow Jacket community was abuzz with excitement during Baldwin Wallace University's Bold & Gold Festival, a combined Homecoming and Community Day celebration. The epic gathering of the BW community included a pep rally, parade, tailgate picnic, alumni reunions and Yellow Jacket football. The Jacket Prince and Princess as well as the inaugural Jacket Duke and Duchess were crowned during the pep rally, and the King and Queen were crowned at halftime.

Nearly 600 first-year students welcomed to the Baldwin Wallace University campus this fall earned $7.8 million in merit scholarships for their outstanding high school achievements. BW grants a wide range of scholarships to current students each year. Including merit and need-based scholarships, BW students received over $57 million in financial support from the University for the 2019-2020 academic year.
