Over 400 named scholarships provide in excess of $3 million to help students attend, persist and graduate from BW. Endowed scholarships vary in their requirements with many specifying financial need, a course of study, involvement on campus or a commitment to excellence in a particular field.

Nearly 600 first-year students welcomed to the Baldwin Wallace University campus this fall earned $7.7 million in merit scholarships for their outstanding high school achievements. BW grants a wide range of scholarships to current students each year. Including merit and need-based scholarships, BW students received over $48 million in financial support from the University for the 2018-2019 academic year.

The Yellow Jacket community was abuzz with excitement during Baldwin Wallace University's combined Homecoming and Community Day, newly dubbed as the Bold & Gold Festival. The epic gathering of the BW community included a pep rally, parade, tailgate picnic, alumni reunions and Yellow Jacket football. The Jacket Prince and Princess were crowned during the pep rally and the King and Queen were crowned at halftime.
