For the first time in her career, Baldwin Wallace University senior goalkeeper Emma Bruno (Pittsburgh, Pa./Bethel Park) has been named the Ohio Athletic Conference Women's Soccer Defensive Player of the Week.

After just one week of the fall season, the Baldwin Wallace University men's golf team has been honored with two Ohio Athletic Conference Men's Golfers of the Week as senior All-Ohio Athletic Conference player Jimmy Clark (North Olmsted) and sophomore Logan Bratsch (Olmsted Falls) were tabbed as the co-players of the week.

Twenty-nine BW women's soccer players participated in a study abroad program in Costa Rica, a transformative weeklong experience during the spring 2019 semester. The program gave them the opportunity to play soccer, provide a children's soccer clinic and participate in a variety of cultural activities.

Nineteen BW students participated in the faculty-led study abroad program in Ghana, a transformative three-week experience in Accra, Kumasi and Cape Coast, during the spring 2019 semester. The program provides the opportunity to learn about business, politics and culture in Ghana.
